Mike Gebhard, Sr. is a Lancaster area native and has been in the tree care buisness since 1976. Mike Sr., acompanied by his wife Sonia, (married 35 years and counting) worked first in Minnesota, and later in New York, before returning home to the Lancaster area to stay.

Since 1986, Gebhard tree care has been a locally owned and operated tree service, focused on providing quality tree care. Over time Mike Sr. found that he had the right mind set and the willingness to perform the jobs others couldn't. The focus shifted to emergency tree care.

In 1993, Mike Jr., then 15 years old, started working part time for the family buisness, and in 1996 became a full time employee.

Logan Gebhard (one of our grandson's) might not be ready to join the crew just yet, but keep your eye on him. We're betting it's in the blood.
